As a libertarian I ask you what are you talking about? We chose Gary Johnson, a former two-term Republican governor in a generally Democratic state, with a fellow governor that many rank and file were not fans of in hopes of going mainstream. We'd love Amash.

True, but I think we’re less popular than you imagine. https://thefederalist.com/2019/06/12/meet-justin-amash-nevertrumps-newest-shiny-object/ …

True, but times have changed quite a bit since then.

Amash would be an outstanding candidate for the Libertarians. Best-case scenario for them. Far more articulate than Johnson, more politically savvy, and a far better spokesperson for libertarian principles. There would be no "Aleppo" moments with Amash.

He is the lowest form of scumbag! Would always support my spouse even if I did not like their boss. Women have it hard enough in the workplace - this dork makes it harder

Don't understate the Libertarian Party these days. I think this is the most accurate description...pic.twitter.com/WjwJ5h2o3B

I would support him and Larry sharpe running together so I don’t know what that means. He’s the whole package that Johnson wasn’t (and I thought Johnson probably would have been good ) . He’s witty, he’s principled, he’s intelligent and consistent and non partisan.
