Agreed, hinges heavily on the Presidential race's Get-Out-the-Vote. Rs likely pick up AL. Ds likely pick up CO. Those offset. Ds are striking distance in ME and AZ, but taking majority would mean winning those plus IA or NC (+Presidency). It's possible but needs a popular D Pres

Sean writes this assumes Trump’s current average of 42.5 continues thru Election Day. This apparently assumes all pollsters fail to deploy their Likely Voter screens in 2020, which, when they do, always seem to reliably generate “the polls are tightening!” stories. Interesting.
