On CNN, I mentioned the role of American, British, and French forces in D-Day. I should have also mentioned the valiant role the Canadians played on D-Day.

played roles on D-day as well. For 2 countries with such small populations, the sacrifice they made in all the major conflicts is truly breathtaking. Lest we forget.
