I’m not so sure. Would @DavidAFrench seek common ground with people who support this? Where would we meet in the middle?

I’d respectfully suggest you read some more of what French actually has written on life issues.

I have. I read everything he writes. Where do we compromise here?

I have no idea and have no reason to think French would disagree either. You seem to be operating under a caricatured assumption that French is some seamless garment of squish.

Yeah, I'm failing to see what steps one would take against this in America that I would not expect David to join, loudly.

This is totally bizarre. I’ve done more for life, for longer, that an army of Twitter warriors. I’ve done more for religious liberty, for longer, than a whole caliphate of Twitter jihadists.

I have nothing but respect for the great work you’ve done to support 1A. But is there a point at which we draw a line in the sand as a society? This would seem to be it for me. I can’t do, “both sides have something to offer,” on this.

I believe French is. There are certain positions that should be treated with respect. This is one of them.

Yeah, there's a difference between "treat your fellow Americans with a baseline of decency" and this.
