Income taxes can be assessed individually on the federal level. A wealth tax is NOT an income tax. So it would be a direct tax on the states.

Isn’t the proposal just going to be higher taxes on existing income and new taxes on income that isn’t taxable now? Not being sarcastic just don’t understand.
