CJ John Marshall answered her question. But her question misses that courts avoid interpreting the constitution, preferring to interpret statutes / case law. Congress can amend laws in response. To limit judicial review to sub-Marbury, there would have to be an amendment, IMO.

uuh, SOMEBODY has to be the final word, dont they? The constitutional check on that (extremely difficult, last resort) should be court packing IMO.
