So, you think a government official painting a target on a newspaper's advertisers is cool, since it's not legally state action? Free speech won't be of much use if angry mobs can run the press out of business.

Boycotts are speech baseball boy

He’s arguing for a new consensus on a societal norm of free speech because deplatforming and boycotts that smack of that don’t make an argument, they shut them down. Not making a Constitutional claim. Don’t know that I buy it, but it’s not stupid.

If money is speech like Citizens United decided (GOPers love that decision), then boycotts are speech too by the same logic.

THEN WHY ARE YOU UNPLUGGING BERNIE'S MIC BY NOT DONATING TO HIS CAMPAIGN!? Not giving money to people who give money to people you don't agree with is not unplugging any mic. It's reallocating your money--which is now speech--thereby exercising freedom of speech.

If Tucker’s show ends because of these boycotts, he will still not only be able to express his dumb opinions, he’ll find a way to get those opinions out to the masses. This is not some tragedy.
