One of the major challenges of fitness & weight - and this really applies to a lot of areas of life - is how to accept yourself as you are enough to get the most out of life now, but not accept yourself as you are so much that you give up trying to be better.

Also, your body shape is what it is no matter how fit. For instance, I will never have long legs.

Yeah, I gained 20 pounds of muscle easy my first summer lifting weights (I was 19 and weighed 120, so not hard to do) but I was just never gonna get much more muscle than that.
