I made a distinction between consumer goods and public services. One is commodified, one isn’t. Do you agree with that or not?

I do not think the distinction is as sharp as you draw it, and where it is, it frequently works against the consumer. Are pharmaceuticals, in your view, not commodified? That may better illustrate how you are definng the term.
