Eva Cassidy was basically the Robert Johnson of the 1990s. If she'd lived in the YouTube age a decade later, she would have gone globally viral without ever having to play anything bigger than a club.

I was introduced to her in '99 with her 'Fields of Gold' Sting cover. It blew me away. I quickly bought all her other albums. "Live at Blues Alley" is special.

My introduction to Eva was driving listening to the radio when they played her version of Sting’s song “Fields of Gold” I was blown away. Radio DJ gave her name at the end of the song Tried to find her records but could not so placed an order from a new web site - Amazon
