@bascule I suppose. It's certainly outside the fiat banking system which credit cards exist in. -

@bascule I don't see how that is possible to do in a decentralized way, which is my interest. -
@stevedekorte Ripple is "centralized" in that the currency is "minted" by a trusted vendor (but supports P2P exchange w/o talking to Ripple)
