@bascule@nealstephenson I never considered cryptonomicon as a bitcoin precursor. If I understood right, it was all gold backed? -
@tehgeekmeister well sure, probably closer to eGold than Bitcoin, but still@nealstephenson predicted cryptocurrencies in 1999 -
