@bascule Hey what books about SSL would you recommend?

@perezd I don't know of a good one specifically on SSL/TLS -
@bascule if you wanted to learn more about how to implement/use various SSL features/techniques, where would you look? -
@perezd Adam Langley's (@agl__) blog is a good source of info on developments in TLS: https://www.imperialviolet.org/ -

@bascule But how do you do that without storing keys locally "under lock and key" as it were? -
@eachus you can use the same distributed system to store keys. You just encrypt them first -
@bascule Sounds like a recursive paradox to me. At some point, the keys have to be decrypted. -
@eachus you can derive an initial key from a password. "The cloud" can even store the "salt" for you, and this can all be done securely

@bascule An alternative would be nice because that can be a single point of failure.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
