FWIW, I’ve been using vi(m) for 17 years. vi was great over a 9600 baud modem but its usefulness seems outmoded today. Even Bill Joy agrees

@gregvaughn @davetron5000 honestly not an IDE fan so much as a CLI junkie, but I love saving/resuming projects and it makes me productive
