    Sad consequence of overtime legislation levied upon an industry that must harvest food on mother nature's time not on an 8a-5p schedule. Growers talking to ee's they consider family trying to explain why they have to adjust hours, heartbreaking.

    Last year the farm workweek in California was reduced by 5 hours. 2020 reduces the workweek for farmworkers another 5 hours.

    Another big solar project approved in eastern Riverside County, California. When you drive from Palm Springs toward Arizona on the 10 in a few years, you will see lots of solar panels covering the open desert.
