what's the difference between real and fake servers? I've always been using servers we set up in my friend's basement. Official srvr exists?
Eh, that doesn't seem right - are those real servers, or fake servers? (such as has been the case with CS;GO servers eg.). Do you get any messages/warnings or is it silently installed? Thanks!

In CS:GO, at some point, so not sure if still around, you had servers which simply responded by letting you download malware. Similar to the fake TeamSpeak servers.
