Don't get me wrong, the tool has amazing functionality but most of the areas it excels at in the comparison are areas few people care about.

The only thing that IDA has that Radare doesn't which stops me using it, is a native GUI. Not big on the whole linux style.

Good to hear. Native GUI is important because nobody has time or wants to sift through a bunch of 3rd party GUIs to find one that works.
