Red question #1: You're phishing a foreign organisation. How important is it to know their language?

Agreed - job postings, social media, and any public internal training material (it happens...) can be gold mines for jargon
Is there a resource with an example "ideal" phishing template? Of course different for each company, but I assume most things are similar.

Probably no ideal. I usually hack their email and grab internal templates
