Red question #1: You're phishing a foreign organisation. How important is it to know their language?

IMO it depends on the organizational structure and what the primary language is there. Using internal POC to translate is an alt option
I assume that using jargon, suited for that company/what they do, may also help in convincing them?

Agreed - job postings, social media, and any public internal training material (it happens...) can be gold mines for jargon
