I think we should be glad server ransomware wasn't really a thing when Shellshock was discovered in 2014.

@bartblaze I mostly meant things like CTB-locker that target (Linux) servers as opposed to (Desktop) clients. -
@martijn_grooten@bartblaze perhaps better put as a compromised host (with Shellshock) then deliberately attacked with a ransomware payload.
