nah I was being funny it is a recording I have a friend sent me it years ago, no idea who the original owner actually is, but the song is 1 solo bagpipper playing the tune so it could be owned by millions of bag pipers, I really doubt that SME has the rights to it.

When it comes down to music copyright topics I find it hard to tell someone is being funny. I just go into "I want to help this person" mode.
Although, the band themselves could (but highly unlikely) make a claim. But still, Sony don't own the particular version in your video
