I want someone to explain why I have a friend who every time he uploads his picture he’s immediately banned. was banned four years ago for no reason. Tried 48 times to come back to twitter and is banned on sight every time. What is he recourse?

I just got banned for the third time in a month for posting an election news story. Literally for posting news stories. So censorship still exists on here in a major way.
When Twitter Support communicated I won my appeal, my account remained locked and I still did the time.
