I'm reading the Mueller indictments in the original PDF-legalease format. All the way through, because I'm not a Republican member of Congress and think this is actually important.

I'm still awake. Here's video of Elizabeth Warren explaining to the people riding an airport shuttle bus with her tonight how she wants to hold pharma execs responsible for the opioid crisis while holding coffee that she doesn't spill down her front!

That’s exactly right. Spread the news! If you’re caught driving drunk, we take away your ability to drive because you’ve shown you can’t use that privilege responsibly. If you abuse people’s data, we should take away your ability to access and monetize that data. Consequences.

Kudos to this morning, simply because of this fact: for :12 minutes straight at 9:00 EST, tossed to six reporters— no panels, no “analysts”— on five separate stories. Can’t recall the last time I’ve seen that. Felt like how “the news” used to be...

We have children doing interviews about surviving school shootings. Or sleeping on floors because of gunshots in their neighborhood. This isn’t normal. This isn’t inevitable. It is sick, morally reprehensible, and a failure of political will.

Yesterday, I was proud to vote for 's bill to provide formerly incarcerated individuals the ability to serve on a jury once they have completed their sentence for a felony. Our CJ system should focus more on rehabilitation and this bill is a step forward. 2/2

People I have no sympathy for: Those who voluntarily work for the Trump administration, and then complain when they are predictably screwed over.

Reading the Trump billion-dollar loss story, I'm reminded: if he had just plunked the $410m the NYT estimates Dad gave him into the Dow in 1986, when he turned 40, it would be $6.7 billion today. Anyone think he's actually worth that much?

This is at the heart of why many POC and other women know the argument HRC “just ran a bad campaign” or as Biden said quite a while ago “was the wrogn candidate. I thought it should have been me” is a reflection of *more* racism and misogyny. 4/
