I agree that old slogans are ill advised now & that new path is necessary as too much is too deeply embedded for “reform” or “training” to truly solve.. BUT, IMHO, your presumption to judge folks’ reaction to this slogan is misaimed, your lapse & harmful to true causes. 1/2

THOSE & more GET THRU! Saw police abuses at protests, learn many more like this, feel & see it, hear about “the talk”, see as laws, rules, “reviews/oversight” fail, unions/admins defy what now saw for self. Got that this is core & common, not exception or odd bad apple. 3/x

IE, IMHO, we have BIG problems in traditional “isms”, ie “do whatever police say”, “detain/arrest/force” rightful results of their “crime” etc. Until see G Ffloyd over $20, B Taylor for pkgs, E McClain for ski mask, E Garner for cigs, R Brooks for DUI doze, on & on. 2/3
