Yes we had a debate internally about the pac islands. Prime candidates for some vaccine diplomacy due to small numbers and tourism dependence. So agree we may be too pessimistic, esp for new caledonia, Fiji,Samoa

It occurs to me that most of the western world has orders to vaccinate their entire population several times over this year. I cannot help but think that a lot of these surplus vaccine doses are going to be transferred to other countries at some point.
