Most, if not all state agencies are seriously underfunded and understaffed. It's really a shame. Some so more critical work than others, but the legislature should be embarrassed and so should voters.

Ya, it's really sad. It doesn't seem like any chance of the house or senate flipping either. Is there at least D house candidates in 2018, or we won't know till closer to the election?

Also had a birth certificate issue in PA. I went to the vital records office in Philly. 4 hour wait, but you get the birth certificate back in a week.

General consensus is that if you physically go to a state records office you can get a birth certificate same day. Good to know, but still problematic if you can't get time off work or, as in my case, live 2000+ miles away.https://twitter.com/banditelli/status/930679508553920516 …
