Exactly. The daily number of confirmed cases and death tolls of the #coronarovirus infection in China is truncated due partially to inability to provide medical tests to people needed. Data analysis without taking this property into accounting could be mistaken.
Couldn't we simply take data for deaths in general, compare it to the data from last year this time, assume that any value this year above last year's would likely be virus related deaths?
