I suppose you can still do pure cloud in SF. But for physical innovation, for atoms rather than bits, you need to get out. Or else bet your company on the same city government that brought you SF’s artificial housing crisis.

Omg, please. Neither Air BnB not Uber have created sustainable business models, and both are absolutely wrecking smaller communities. You guys who love capitalism to a fault are very sad.

Yeah, while the overall point might be valid, you picked two not great examples. Anyone who is proud to be part of Uber needs to look inward. Companies like Uber who break rules and lack ethics are part of why bureaucrats step in.
