Major problem with photographs of 'covidiots' here - all shot into the crowd with low depth of field, making everyone look closer together than they were.
In the interest of correct terminology: depth of field is not the same as angle of view. A photo with low depth of field is one in which the range of focus is shallow. I think you may be referring to a narrow angle of view.
The most advanced form of the art currently being practiced at the so called liberty marches in the US.
Not sure how advanced it is, but they certainly are practicing it. Drone images reveal the actual size of demos.

Wow, that’s an amazing tweet that really shows how much a zoom lense can compress things. And yes, this has sadly been a problem in many countries. I’m glad to see several newspapers are now pointing it out. 
That would be a telephoto lens, rather than a zoom.

Yes. What you said. A zoom could even be a fisheye zoom (zoom simply implies variable angle of view, not whether it is at the wide-angle end or the telephoto range). Incidentally, I’ve got a Kiron 30-80mm varifocal that technically isn’t a zoom. Quite irritating to use though.
