Not quite that we're all U/ACC because U/ACC specifically means conscious recognition (that's the "letting go"). But basically yes.

It's not as if 'you' do what 'you want' — whether that's confronting large scale forces or doing nothing, in either (or any) case.

Because there is no God or Plan. This is the chance part. There are constraints and processes — many of which are opaque to us ...
