An under-discussed benefit of the "Airbnb of blah blah blah" trend is that it's a massive boon for those of us who hate phone calls. (I can do work calls and occasional social calls, but sourcing-a-service calls are excruciating.)

Google “millennials can’t cook.” It’s at the core of a lot of food investments (Blue Apron, GrubHub, Soylent).
This generalizes. For any skill an older generation would have learned, younger generations will look for a lazier tech-augmented option first. The lazy has no limit!
