The general public is unaware of normal early tech (AR/AI/drones). Only enthusiasts care. They get it’s _not done_ This blockchain stuff happens to be money, so instead of a sanity filter we have a chaos magnet. Everyone gets all mad that it sucks but that’s how this stuff works
Some kinda drone delivery will be a thing, but for food it might be lower tech like those robots that just drive on the sidewalk. If the use case isn’t quite right then that might make the analogy even better tbh

Self-driving (or possibly sidewalk) is a possibility. But stand next to a drone that can deliver a pizza and point me to any jurisdiction that will allow that.

Yeah I kinda agree but my whole point is this stuff is uncertain. Also idk, if they could fly high enough to avoid noise and delivered things in like 1/10th the time then maybe it’d work

Yeah, if they fly @ 395 feet to stay out of controlled airspace it might be quiet enough (might) but they still have to land. They can't air-drop the pizza into your back yard. You might put up with it but there's no way in hell your neighbor will.
