Do you have a thesis on what the actual 10% may be? hopefully it includes _something_ from this new p2p wave?

Yeah. It includes parts of Augur, for example. I don't know enough about their tech stack to have an opinion on what is overly decentralized, but after playing with it a bit I'd probably start by saying I'd nix syncing the chain locally.

Totally separate from security or whatever guarantees they are optimizing for, I bet if someone took the Augur UI, made it depend only on Infura without any local sync, and put it up at a domain like http://augur.now , they'd capture >50% of users I bet
