It's totally the "no" answer. I mean that I felt like the poll didn't apply to me because I didn't know anyone. Maybe I was treating the poll like a checkbox: only act if you want the YES answer. I'm not saying it's rational, only telling you what went through my head.

Kk cool yeah that makes sense. I imagine a lot of people may have thought something like “I don’t talk to my friends about that sort of stuff so idk” Wish ISPs published stats!
