The idea makes sense. I’m not sure about the biology behind it, but whenever you’re overheating you put cold water on your wrists and the back of your neck to cool down. And next hardware revision? Maybe 2? I imagine it could be a power hog.

I remember years ago someone on reddit requested a personal thermal regulator due to a medical condition and good samaritan(s) created something very similar to this device. I wonder if this company is related to that event; it would be a pretty cool origin story.
