You can't sue a protocol and you can't outlaw coding. It's a slippery slope. The winners are the ones who saw the shift and built services like Netflix and Spotify, but those will also disappear. As a creator I'm looking forward to the day I can become my own platform.

In my case, most of my upload bandwidth sits unused most of the time. 600Mbps FTTH, but I would also gladly pay for a buffer server if I saw the demand and the economics made sense.
