You’re kidding right? If not I’m sorry but you don’t know cat body language. The other cat is submitting, belly up in surrender w ears back. The blk cats tail is flicking with pinned ears standing high above the other. This is agro, not flirt!

Well, for cats lying down is a defensive posture: "this is my ground - you have to come at me." The raking claws(hind legs) are free

No, it’s not. It’s a submissive posture, especially in this case when you can see who clearly has the highest ground. A friend saw the whole video & the black cat viciously (bloody she said too) attacked the cat on the ground til if could escape.
