these rules didn't come out of nowhere. we've been severely burned out after both Kickstarter and Prologue release. good games can only be sustainably made by happy, well rested teams - and our goal as a studio is to continue making art.

i should also mention that we use amazing tools -
@ClickUp_app and@discord are the life and blood of our remote team. attached are lists of task folders and chat channels. we also have a dedicated PM, before her it was very hard to keep track of things. highly recommendpic.twitter.com/tiltkOnvi6

it is very sad. especially when you're bringing it unto yourselves because you've been brought up in an extremely workaholic struggle-till-you-make-it environment. i used to work 15 hours per day for 2 years to "make it" in my previous job. it honestly Sucks
