Backbone is made by a 13 people team working remotely from 5 countries. we have unlimited days off. people&happiness are our main values, everyone has a voice. can’t imagine it any other way. sad to see big studios still struggling when @discordapp and @ClickUp_app are free
Sadly it should have been the past of games as well.

I'm glad that remote exists, and I'm willing to fight for its acceptance and widespread. But I also prefer to work with my colleagues side by side and face to face when possible, so I feel working fully remotely would suck for me super badly
absolutely, it's not for everyone, and I often feel quiet lonely working from home with my 2 dingus cats

I still roll my eyes when I see job positions that don't have that info, so I gotta be the one to ask "is remote work available?"
