    Another Google-talk highlight for me: when I described how a group of MA school kids had built a 44-set domino mosaic of Barack Obama, I said that there’s a website describing their efforts, and I told the Googlers that if they wanted to learn more, they could GOOGLE Obaminoes!

    A mosaic of MLK Jr made out of 12 complete sets of double-nine dominos. Assembled in 2002 by the students of Sharon Blecher and Gail Burton's Open Room at Oberlin's Eastwood Elementary School. Plans for the mosaic are available in my book "Opt Art" (see my pinned tweet).
