Interesting for those of us who follow legal-twitter on immigration matters (from the sidelines, with faint tremors and furious note-taking) I'd love to read the final version of this when it's done

It must be so nice to live in a world where you don't think to check the terms of your visa before international travel. Or be so relaxed that you 'may' "check tomorrow" about a potential problem. I'd like to live in that world. Without changing my passport.

I keep getting hate mails, so let me explain. In any context, using "population control" or "population reduction" is never okay. Your intentions may not be malicious, but given the genocidal history of that phrase, it is best to not use that framing.

Reading Robin Kimmerer, whose words are ablaze: “I want to dance for the renewal of the world” she says (ME TOO!!), and in page after page, she argues for the power of an active, everyday love of nature. For self and the world. have you read Braiding Sweetgrass?
