It was a push/pull/leg powerbuilding routine. I started a new program today which incorporates push/pull/leg with full body workouts as well as calisthenics, plyometrics, and loaded stretching. I'm going from 6 days a week to every single day. My goal is to be elite.
Oh and the "building" aspect of my routine incorporated FST-7, a technique developed by Hanny Rambod which was used to train Olympians Jay Cutler and Jeremy Buendia, among a few.
