Yeah, I know... it looks like less. I didn't work as hard as I should've. 
It's was actually around 17lbs... my goal was 20lbs. I went to the gym 6 days a week, did a little biohacking to increase my HGH and testosterone, and ate really really clean. It's possible to to gain even more, but I wasn't always fully on my game.
