Happy to say that I have made and will continue to make, major dietary changes. I won't lie and say I'm going 100% vegan, at least not right away, but I am phasing meat out completely very soon. Excited for this change and excited to see how my health is altered.

It also takes a little while for your pallet to reset. I used to get cheese cravings, now I'm absolutely repulsed by it. You're making good changes, it doesn't have to be perfect but keep going and you'll keep growing stronger and better.
