It's hard for the first 3 days, after that it becomes easy.
I take a break from the gym on an extended water fast. I do 16:8 intermittent fasting and/or raw till 4 when I'm bulking so I would only eat a pre-workout and post workout meal. I plan on doing OMAD, like Dr. Amen-Ra, and working out fasted soon. I've heard mixed reviews.

On water fasts I focus heavily on rebalancing my body so I stretch and do very light cardio only.
