don't fast or starve yourself just reduce the calories you consume to like 1500
Excuse me but fasting is extremely healthy and is much better than calorie restriction alone.

I do it all the time. It does much more than just help with weight loss. Fasting is associated with increased levels of HGH, BDNF, insulin sensitivity, etc., as well as decreased levels of IGF-1 and inflammation. To name a few benefits.
