It wouldn't be withholding food if she refused to eat it. Withholding food means literally not giving her anything. If she refuses to accept what is given that is in no way equivalent to not giving anything at all.

refusing to eat it (as she is taste sensitive, part of her condition) means i would be wasting food, so i would eventually stop cooking it. since she can't cook for herself, and depends on me as a caretaker, i would be making the decision for her to starve to death.
