thinking about quitting this whole veganism thing i feel low energy and i eat such a high volume of food it's irritating and more difficulty than it is worth. that being said, ethics.

What are you eating? What are your macros? How many calories? I have no problem with my plant based diet and I've been making really good gains.

3k cals, sweet potatoes, hummus, bagels, bananas, 3-4 pea protein shakes with bananas and peanut butter, salads of spinach, a lot more. Usually I hit like 130-50 grams of protein.

Do supplement with b12? Vitamin D? DHA? And do you use cronometer? If not, I highly recommend it.
