3k cals, sweet potatoes, hummus, bagels, bananas, 3-4 pea protein shakes with bananas and peanut butter, salads of spinach, a lot more. Usually I hit like 130-50 grams of protein.

Do supplement with b12? Vitamin D? DHA? And do you use cronometer? If not, I highly recommend it.
