No humans were force bred into captivity only to live a small fraction of their lives in horribly cramped, diseased and violent conditions before being brutally murdered en masse. So, yes.

I don't trivialize slavery and genocide, I just don't raise my own species as somehow more important than other sentient beings who experience suffering as well.

Slaves weren't typically murdered around 5-12 years old (the avg. equivalent for lifespan of farm animals).
